Pitched a fit about the shoes but came around. His attention for the game lasted a bit longer. And when he took to wishing he could wander around he was given two options. Keep playing or sit down near by. He opted for sitting at the table next to our lane and enjoyed a snack while the boys finished their game. Much better experience this time.
