This picture below is not quiet perfect, or rather so it seems. 

Stare at the heart of it long enough though and the image corrects itself.

I myself have yet to get through all 130 pages, but so far it's rather interesting.  I have heard both negative and positive comments about this organization.  I have been of the opinion that it has been great in terms of public awareness.  After looking at this plan it seems clear that they are well more than that.
