Flu - Get Ready.

Christopher has had the nasal spray for the flu at his Dr Apt this past Aug.  And this weekend Hawk and I take it in the arm. Ouch! And soon there after Dan Sr will get his.  Recently saw this sight posted elsewhere so thought I'd share with you all.  Stock your shelves with your own personal cold/flu meds and comforts and this way no one has to see you standing in your pj's all stuffily at the pharmacy pleading with the pharmacist for how to make it go away.  Be prepared so you can keep your infectious self at home!
